Window cleaners
- While engaging in: Hunting, Mountaineering, or any form of Racing
- Murder or Assault or Disappearance, Loss by War, Acts of Terrorism
- Loss due to Sickness or Diseases; Pregnancy or Miscarriage
- Mentally Incompetent, Physically Impaired
- Suicide or any attempt thereat

HOW TO CLAIM
Visit Ewealth Head Office or any branch of Malayan Insurance nationwide.
Notify the office of the injury on which claim may be based within 30 days after
the date of accident causing such injury. Please make sure to bring the following
requirements:
- Certificate of eProtect
- Police Report / Accident Report / Notarized Affidavit of how accident happened
- Medical Certificate from the hospital or attending physician
- Doctor’s Prescription
- Original Official Receipt
- Hospital Billing Statement if confined
- Valid ID of the Assured
